SALON COORDINATOR/ RECEPTIONIST

Established in 2008 Oxygen Hair Design has been known for excellence in hairdressing, we will be expanding our vision as we transition to a Wellness Lifestyle Salon.
This means we’re still the salon our clients know and love, but with a renewed focus on hair, health, and well-being. We are creating a space where clients don’t just get their hair done – they experience a holistic transformation that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
Our vision is to create a lifestyle brand that empowers people to feel good from the inside out, combining luxury beauty , wellness & self-care.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a candidate who:
✨ Has excellent organisation and multitasking skills
✨ Is confident with computers and social media, with an interest in content creation and brand promotion
✨ Has experience working with the public in a service-oriented industry (hospitality, wellness, hair, beauty, or retail experience preferred)
✨ Is flexible with hours to support the needs of the salon and our guests. . Job sharing with Rotating weekly work schedules - 3 days a week, and 2 days a week including working Saturdays.
✨ Loves working in a salon that’s vibrant busy, luxurious, and wellness-focused environment
✨ Is eager to learn and grow, with training provided to enhance their skills
✨ Good at motivating and inspiring staff
✨Have a good understanding of business and is driven to exceed targets requirements.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our Front of House Team, you will be the welcoming face of our salon, ensuring that every guest enjoys a luxurious, seamless, and wellness-inspired experience.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
✨ Managing appointment bookings and coordinating schedules with our salon team
Providing warm, attentive guest service that aligns with our salon’s wellness and lifestyle philosophy
✨ Maintaining efficient salon operations, ensuring a smooth client journey from check-in to check-out
✨ Using social media to promote our brand, services, and special events
✨ Having strong computer skills to manage our booking system and digital platforms
✨ Manage stock takes and inventory.
✨ Engaging with guests and team members with excellent communication skills
✨ Bringing a passion for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle to align with our brand’s ethos
✨ Assisting with day-to-day front desk operations, including payments, retail sales, and guest inquiries
✨ Creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere, helping to transform every visit into a well-being experience
