  • Utilize POS systems for processing payments and managing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and promotional materials.
  • Upsell salon products and services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Conduct product demos to educate clients about available products and services.
  • Handle cash register operations, including balancing at the end of each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to messages.
