Responsibility Business Development & Account Management Drive salon channel expansion and achieve annual distribution growth targets. Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-potential salon partners. Manage and grow existing salon accounts to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives. Conduct regular salon visits to review business performance, inventory levels, sell-out activities, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute action plans to improve salon turnover and category performance. Contract Negotiation & Partnership Management Support the negotiation, renewal, and administration of salon agreements and contractual terms. Establish clear commercial objectives, growth targets, and investment plans with salon partners. Manage merchandising investments and business-building funds within approved budgets. Sales & Marketing Execution Present and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities aligned with the annual marketing calendar. Drive strong sell-in and sell-out performance for new launches and key promotional programs. Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective execution of salon events, activations, and brand collateral while maintaining brand equity. Education & Brand Engagement Collaborate with the Education team to ensure salon training objectives are effectively delivered. Support the implementation of training assessment programs in line with regional guidelines. Foster strong engagement and advocacy among salon owners and stylists to build brand loyalty and community Business Analysis & Reporting Conduct monthly business reviews with salon partners and recommend actionable solutions to address opportunities and challenges. Monitor sales performance, distribution, market share, and promotional effectiveness. Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities, industry trends, and customer insights.
