QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS·

• Certified aesthetician (Certificate of aesthetic required upon interview)·
• Waxing, brow and lash tint and threading and lamination.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one’s enthusiasm from interacting with customers and wax-care products and services
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
• Flexible availability – Fuzz hours are 7 days a week, generally from 8am to 9pm, so staff schedule will include opening, closing and weekend shifts.

We are a GENDER-NEUTRAL, FAST-PACED WAXING SALON thriving in the busy and the high volume.
We are a membership-based salon, where we have a FUZZ WAY of waxing that is the same across all of our locations.
We welcome EVERY BODY and are providing customer service that clients love and come back for every month. Waxers will be asked to wax male, female or non-binary clients on a daily basis.
We are CONVENIENT for our clients: we are open 7 days a week and focus on accommodating as many clients as possible and especially our huge list of monthly members.

The Fuzzologist at Fuzz Wax Bar is a professional waxer who is passionate about all things waxing, threading, brow and lash tinting and skincare products.
They are committed to providing a smooth service from start to finish, the Fuzz Way and is a true team player and people lover.

RESPONSIBILITIES·

• Provide all waxing services offered by Fuzz Wax Bar to both male and female·
• Provide outstanding waxing service following the in-house trained Fuzz way of waxing and the Fuzz signature conversations from start to finish·
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered·
• Upsell through EDUCATION of our clients on pre and post wax care products·
• Deliver flawless service, sales, customer experience,· Maintain an awareness of all things Fuzz with customers and members
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and people-centric work environment
