Responsibilities

The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the entire check-in and check-out process while supporting salon technicians with professional guest interactions and retention. This role also includes assisting with retail recommendations and purchases, as well as performing Rituals of Renewal and managing appointments.
