JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Salon Assistant/ Helper to support our hairstylists and ensure smooth daily operations in the salon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn and grow in a professional salon environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of salon hygiene and cleanliness
• Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus

• Greet clients and assist with seating and refreshments
• Prepare clients for hair services (e.g., cape placement, shampooing)
• Assist hairstylists during treatments, such as handing tools or products
• Shampoo, condition, and towel-dry hair under stylist supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas
• Refill supplies, stock retail shelves, and help with inventory management
• Sweep and sanitize stations after each client
• Assist in laundry duties (towels, capes, etc.)
• Provide general support to the team and help with salon opening/closing tasks
