SKILLS

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in customer service or guest services within a salon or hospitality setting
• Basic knowledge of management principles is advantageous
• Familiarity with social media management practices to promote the salon’s brand
• Skills in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering are desirable but not essential
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
