Headmasters are looking for a creative & talented Technical Salon Manager who will have the ambition to run a successful busy salon, within our fun award winning group..
Our 55 strong salon group are dedicated to providing you with a busy full column, continual bespoke education through both Headmasters & L’Oréal Academies along with multiple career progression opportunities all within a nurturing and friendly environment.

• To carry out all Headmasters hair services to clients.
• To implement all Headmasters systems and procedures.
• Set an example to all Headmasters Team Members.
• To monitor salon weekly goals and targets.
• Build and grow a successful and profitable salon.
• Create and maintain loyal clientele.
• Ensure maximum use of Headmasters appointment system.
• Assist trainees in practical application of hairdressing skills and service.
• Encourage assistants to observe your work to maximize their learning within the salon.
• To make clients aware of retail products and hair recommendations.
