Drybar is now interviewing for a Salon Manager at our Sioux Falls location,and we are looking for 1 special candidate to fill this position. Management experience is preferred, but if you have been an amazing hairstylist waiting for your opportunity to shine we would also like to hear from you. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while providing exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in retail management or salon operations is required.
  • Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management is essential.
  • Experience in product sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Administrative skills are necessary for managing day-to-day operations effectively.
