REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, hair, makeup, and salon operations.
• Ability to manage inventory and salon finances efficiently.
• Proficiency in using salon management software.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle inventory management, product ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure sales targets are met by promoting services and products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all salon policies and industry regulations.
