Media24 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead the operations of our in-house hair and beauty salon. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a creative, fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both beauty service delivery and business management.

• Manage daily operations of the salon, including bookings and guest communication.
• Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Manage a team of stylists, nail technicians, and therapists – including rosters, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, conduct stock takes and manage supplier relationships.
• Manage overall administration tasks and troubleshooting.
• Handle client bookings, feedback, and issue resolutions professionally and promptly.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns aligned with Media24 events and seasonal trends.
• Maintain budgets, track KPIs, and report on performance to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with treatments as and when needed

What you would require:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or Salon Business Management(CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC preferred)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Spa or Salon Manager
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist/Hair stylist
• Strong knowledge of beauty, hair and basic aesthetic treatments
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
• Experience with salon management software (e.g. ESP) advantageous
• Understanding of HR practices, staff development, and performance management
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities
• Must have own reliable transport
