Naturals salon is world’s fastest growing salon chain opening its first salon at Coventry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As the Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales while maintaining our salon’s reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Experience in sales management and retail management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks related to salon operations.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
