We are looking for a Salon Manager & Senior Hairdresser to join our New salon!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Train and mentor junior stylists to improve their skills
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage appointments, inventory, and salon sales targets
• Uphold salon hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with recruitment and performance reviews
• Social Media and Marketing input.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with strong technical skills
• Previous salon management or team leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the beauty industry and customer service
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy salon environment
• Flexible, reliable, and a team player
