This includes but is not limited to consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development, and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness. Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Demonstrates a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Maintains a professional appearance and presentation at all times. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and drive business results. Skilled at building genuine relationships with guests to enhance the overall guest experience and encourage loyalty. Demonstrated success in coaching and developing team members to meet and exceed performance expectations. Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales goals. Ability to effectively manage staff scheduling to support business needs. Experience with inventory management and loss prevention practices.
