We Elite hair lounge are looking for an experienced, professional,friendly front of house to join our growing salon brand!
Candiate must be hardworking, efficient, must have good initiative. Able to work well under pressure. Have excellent telephone manner and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include but not be subjective to;

• Welcoming, gowning customers on arrival and offering hot and and cold beverages
• Keeping client data updated
• Managing phone and email bookings accurately and effectively to maximise stylist time and maximise revenue
• Ensuring gap reduction in the diary
• Managing Stock control and ordering
• keeping salon shop floor clean and presentable throughout salon day
• Managing social media and marketing
• End of day cash up
