PARLOUR SALON IS HIRING!

We are looking for a detail oriented, organized self starter to join our reception team. This position is best suited for someone who has good verbal and written communication skills, someone who is organized and friendly. Our reception team manages the phone lines and emails for 3 parlour locations. The responsibilities of our receptionist include but are not limited to:

  • answering all phone calls in a timely manner
  • answering any client questions to the best of your ability, and getting more information from a stylist or manager to relay back to the client efficiently
  • booking and rescheduling hair colour, cut, styling, hair extension and lash extension appointments
  • managing schedules of all stylists, booking appointments in an effective manner
  • acting as a point of contact for all stylists to reach out to with scheduling inquiries
  • providing daily confirmation calls
  • diffusing client complaints, putting them in contact with management

RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE AND/OR HAIR KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Experience:

  • Hair knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
  • Salon receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
