We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of the salon. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures is essential.
  • Experience in supervising staff or managing a team is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance client communication.
  • Knowledge of upselling techniques and product demos will be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to clients.
  • Maintain an organized stock of salon products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
  • Provide product demonstrations to clients, showcasing new items and encouraging purchases.
  • Supervise front desk staff as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
