Salon Sales Manager – Hair Industry
Full Time - 12 Months FTC (Maternity cover)

Aderans are looking for an experienced and talented Salon Sales Manager to lead and inspire our Hove salon team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Through fitting, cutting, colouring & styling wigs and hair systems for men, women and children, you will be a role model for your team keeping the client at the forefront of everything.
Your primary focus will be to drive financial results, manage the team, profit, performance and all salon operations, reporting directly to the CEO.
As a secondary focus you will represent Aderans with pride when visiting our retail salons and trade customers maintaining strong relationships and educating them on our products to increase revenue. Travel and representation is a vital aspect of this role.
We are offering a clear progression path for the right candidate who proves themselves and excels as the Salon Sales Manager. Future progression into a field based Regional Sales Manager role is a distinct possibility for a standout applicant.

Salon Management – Key Responsibilities- 80%

  • Hair replacement stylist – provides client consultations, delivering a 5* experience every time, offering our full range of products & services
  • Responsibility for all salon operations, including admin and stock management
  • Drives profitability with consistent monitoring of sales performance
  • Reports directly to Senior Management with detailed feedback on all aspects of salon performance
  • Works closely with NHS hospitals & clinics; ensuring these existing relationships are maintained through regular visits & all NHS admin is in place for the client
  • A dynamic leader who motivates their team through a culture of growth. Monitors team performance through performance reviews
  • Relationship management – increases the salon’s client base through ownership of retention, driving repeat visits through building client rapport
  • Commercially driven and marketing savvy; is innovative & creative in their approach to salon social media connecting to both existing & new clients
  • Health & safety policy implementation and management, liaising with the relevant head office departments to ensure compliance

Our Retail and Trade customers – Key Responsibilities - 20%

  • Promote our products and services when visiting our retail and trade customers, attending industry events and be the face of the brand at trade shows and promotional events
  • Strengthening existing trade customer relationships, identify new opportunities, increasing sales revenue
  • Educating our trade customers on the benefits and features of all of our products

Skills

  • A genuine passion for the hair loss industry, client care and delivering results
  • People management expertise; strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Business acumen, a proven track record in achieving results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational & diary management skills

Experience

  • A strong background in salon management within the hair industry
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hair Styling
  • Experience within the hair loss industry an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
  • Full clean driving license
  • Clear DBS certificate and Adverse Credit Check dated within the last 3 years
