As an Omni Channel Regional Manager at SalonCentric, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, fostering strong client relationships, and developing a high-performing team across a defined territory, encompassing both direct sales consultants and multi-unit store operations. You will be instrumental in executing our Omni Channel strategy, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience in the business field.
  • Progressive retail and on the road management and/or sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of multi-unit retail experience and/or significant sales volume management.
  • Demonstrated high level of leadership, with the ability to lead through and adapt to change.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to know and manage the business through effective use of sales and financial reports.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be an effective listener who inspires trust and respect from direct reports.
  • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.
  • Ability to foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development (Sales Consultants & Store Management Teams):

  • Manage and lead a team of sales consultants and motivate and inspire store management teams within a specific territory.
  • Provide essential training, coaching, and ongoing support to both sales consultants and store management teams to help them achieve objectives, increase sales targets, and oversee client accounts effectively.
  • Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual and team capabilities to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead with honesty, integrity, and humility, acting as a resource to all store employees and sales consultants.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train top talent within your teams, supporting SalonCentric’s talent strategy, including consistent networking, recruitment, and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular field days and store visits with direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous development.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration across all departments, ensuring teams are trained according to SalonCentric selling standards, product knowledge, and company guidelines.
