We are looking for a seasonal Line Cook to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes during our busiest time of year.

Responsibilities
  • preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines;
  • setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies before and during service;
  • following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times;
  • collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service;
  • upholding a positive and professional approach with coworkers in the back-of-house and front-of-house alike;
  • assisting with prep work, receiving deliveries, and rotating inventory as needed;
  • other similar duties as required from time to time.
