The Silverware Roller is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and proper presentation all silverware rolled for guest use. This behind -the-scenes role supports the restaurant’s service team by maintaining a steady supply of polished neatly rolled utensils to ensure an excellent dining experience.
Responsibilities
Clean and polish silverware to remove spots, food residue, and watermarks
Roll silverware into napkins according to company standards and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized rolling station and work area.
Follow all sanitation and safety procedures with handling clean utensils.
Replenish rolled silverware as needed throughout the shift.
Assist dishwashing team in sorting or collecting clean utensils when necessary
Communicate with servers, hosts and managers to ensure silverware supply meets restaurant demand.
Follow all Saltgrass Steakhouse standard, policies, and procedures.
