Job Description Job Description:Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, and make sure HR policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership, and make HR strategy fits into the organization's overall business strategy. Key target of the job profile 1. Employement and termination process and case implementation. 2. Labor relationship case handle, communicate with business department and Labor Union. 3. Implement and update labor relationship related policy, ensure it align with law and company policy. 4. Supply employee relationship topic consulting and service for all employee. 5. Closely communicate and network with responsible area to better understand and support business. Dimensions/ Organization/ Magnitude 1. Ensure HR system data quality and timely updated. 2. Set up and manage employee personnel file for each employee. 3. Employee attendance management and monitor. Recruting 1. White collar regular employee recruiting support. 2. Employee change(promotion, transfer, etc.) handle. Compensation & Benefits 1. Partly monthly payroll data preparation, such as blue collar active salary collection and check, white collar working student allowance calculation. 2.
