Join us as we search for a detail-oriented individual to coordinate sample preparation, compounding, and shipping to our valued customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams including Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Technical, and QC to ensure the seamless management of this critical process. Responsibilities include logging and coordinating sampling, labeling, packaging, preparing shipping documentation, and overseeing the collection of samples for both local and international shipments. What you will do: Understanding and following quality procedures Picking finish products and raw materials and recording product and batch information Compounding/mixing small batches in the lab Completing label and shipping paperwork Cleaning and daily housekeeping What you will bring: High school or entry level university equivalent education.
