Description
Environment : Internal: QC Laboratory, Quality, Supply chain, General Services and Operations. External: Third parties warehouse, Suppliers. Key responsibility : Receive, store, and manage supplies, reagents and samples. Compiles records of supplies receival and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. Control laboratory inventory, dispensing at FIFO rules. Inform about critical levels of inventory items. Maintain accurate stock control records. Review and ensure proper storage conditions for all inventory items. Maintain the store and records in a neat and orderly manner. Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the stock control processes. Monitoring Expiry dates and items suitability for use and report any critical stocks or unavailable items. Scrapping and dispensing of materials and reagents according to the followed procedures. Academic experience required : Technical Institute or higher or combination of education and experience. Professional Experience Required : Preferred, a minimum of 1 years of related experience in Pharmaceutical GMP environment. Computing Skills : Experience in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in ERP systems Personal Skills : Strong communication skills. Detail oriented. Able to organize matters & multi-task. Work cooperatively with others. Languages : Written and spoken fluent English and Arabic
