Sample handling, storage and disposal Ensure prompt and efficient handling, storage and transport of samples as per documented procedures. Ensure disposal of cancelled samples Ensure prompt registration of all samples Attend to all operational matters related to work in progress at sample reception and new instructions received from customers and OPS / Technical Manager. Liaise with Centralized Billing Team (CBT) regarding any matters arising 2. Supervisory responsibilities Extract information, evaluate, review and report on KPI’s Liaise with and respond to internal queries from other departments. Other specific authorities as indicated on the Designated Staff List Qualifications Education Appropriate tertiary qualification / Grade 12 certificate with 5 years applicable experience Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook Experience Experience in sample administration and registration for (5 years minimum) in a routine high throughput ISO 17025 Food testing facility.
