With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “We capture what moves”. We are looking to hire a Sample Service Coordinator at our Creative Center in Parsippany, NJ. This role will coordinate between the Perfumery Lab and the Sales Coordinator Team to ensure oils are made and stored for customer oil and finished good samples and internal evaluation samples. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Works with the Sales department to process and prioritize customer request for oil and/or finished good samples. * Maintains the orderly and efficient computer and physical storage and retrieval of oils to fulfill all oil requests and/or Fragrance Applications Requests for customer samples. Requests for new oils compounded as needed. * Manages Kilo Lab Batch Calendar and prioritizes compounding and kilo batches based on Sales department deadlines and urgency. * Prioritizes incoming sample requests for the Home and Personal Care Labs * Coordinates sample order requests and arrange delivery, internally or externally. Communicating with Account Coordinators as needed to provide updates on delivery and delays. * Coordinates with QC to provide standards for large scale and production batches and daily priority lists based on project deadlines. * Handles special projects as requested in order to meet company objectives * Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Where these objectives are relevant to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities, each employee shall adhere to applicable environmental policies and procedures, as well as act on best practices. * Interacts with: * Laboratory Manager * Technical Coordinator * Quality Control * Purchasing * All Internal Departments EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * H.S. Diploma, some college helpful * 1+ Years Administrative Experience in the fragrance/flavors or related industries working in or managing a stockroom. * Experience or knowledge of fragrance compounding desired PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: * Oral and Written Communication Skills * Organizational Skills * Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) MANE offers industry leading benefits including a generous PTO plan. Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $25 per hour to $29 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations.
