Job Description Procurement planning and e-planning; Preparation and creations of production orders and printing of drawings for sample production; Preparation of documentation, including packaging and delivery based on customer request; Monthly update of Pentagon, updating of Excel tables for traceability, announcement of deliveries; Creation / Revision / Update of Work and packaging instructions and production documentation. Order processing in SAP Qualifications Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc Advanced Excell skills Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage Proactive and structured work Good organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and teamwork Fluency in English Additional Information The help of a mentor that will guide you through your own projects experienced colleagues, the international environment will help you grow your knowledge and skills Being part of a great engineering team will challenge you personally and professionally; Paid full-time internship with flexible working hours, so you can be on track with faculty activities; Access to the latest tools and technology from the market; Free lunch at the canteen and organized transportation.
