Job Function: Responsibilities include constructing and sewing top-quality samples using industrial machines (straight stitch, cover stitch, marrow, overlock, and binding machines). Key Objectives: Supporting in small lot cutting as needed; following verbal and written instructions from a tech package on how to construct garments; working closely with Technical Design and providing positive input and suggestions to improve sewing productivity and product quality. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s) Needed: Proficiency in the use of industrial sewing equipment Ability to follow verbal instructions in English and read and follow written instructions in English Revolution offers a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays, and the opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position over time.

Responsibilities

Construct and sew high-quality garment samples using various industrial sewing machines. Support small lot cutting and collaborate with the Technical Design team to improve sewing productivity and product quality.
