Description We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Coordinator to manage order processing at our mill facility. This pivotal role ensures both customer orders and internal Sales Team requests are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of inventory, from receiving raw stock to packing and dispatching final shipments. Requirements Duties/Responsibilities Sample Coordinator primary responsibility is providing quality sample products timely and consistently to both new and existing customers and replenishing our sales team as needed. · Ability to operate a chop saw, read a tape measure and cut sample pieces to provided specifications and established min/max levels. · Respond to sample questions and inquires in a friendly and courteous manner whether in person, via phone or email correspondence. · Perform clerical duties including typing, filing and competition of internal forms and shipping documents. · Operate office machinery, including copiers, scanners computers and various types of printers and scales. Facilitate shipping of our sample products from the warehouse to various order destinations both domestic and internationally. · Work with most major shipping outlets via online portals FedEx, UPS, and occasionally USPS and various freight companies. · Continually review shipping rates to keep costs down where possible. · Work with the production and quality teams to reorder material and maintain the approved levels of acceptability. Require Skills/Abilities Candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in conjunction with time management skills. The ability to meet and communicate sometimes changing deadlines is important. Proficient with Microsoft and Google software systems. Strong sense of organization and urgency is needed for this role. A quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to various challenges as they may arise.
Responsibilities
