SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for people who can bring some or all of the following:

  • Availability to work one of the shifts above.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment under ISO 17025 and RMP is beneficial, but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and/or LIMS experience is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous sampling experience would be great, but we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking Sampling Specialists to join our Subsampling team, based at our Dunsandel site. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, sampling finished powder milk product for release.
If you already have laboratory experience or dairy knowledge, you’ll be able to put those skills to good use but if you’re motivated, detail-oriented and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Sub sampling of our final product which we manufacture in the plant and sub sampling of raw materials
  • Processing in process samples and performing other sampling requests as required
  • Following hygiene practices, quality standards, and operating procedures
  • Manual handling will be required, so you will need to pick up to 25kg loads on a regular basis
    This role will suit someone that is looking for a permanent opportunity and available to work either of the following shifts: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:30am – 17:30pm or Wednesday to Saturday. 7:30am – 17:30pm
