Job Description Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students. Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development. Understand the teacher's routine when when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Education (PAUD) or Psychology Has teaching experience in private or international school Fluent communication in English Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development

Responsibilities

The Associate Teacher will create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. They will collaborate with teachers to monitor student development and promote learning in the classroom.
