Job Description Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students. Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development. Understand the teacher's routine when when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Psychology. Minimum 3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school. Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development. Nurturing teaching approach. Responsibilities

The Associate Teacher is responsible for creating innovative lesson plans and collaborating with other teachers to monitor student development. They provide direct classroom support to promote learning and maintain constructive relationships with children and parents.
