Job Description Assist in designing and facilitating learning activities, classroom management, and student engagement for the core subjects under the guidance of the lead teacher. Designing and facilitating learning activities, classroom management, and student engagement for local subjects (Indonesian language, BIPA, Civics) and possibly other subjects, as assigned, with guidance of the lead teacher as needed. Support the lead teacher in providing pastoral care and fostering an environment that promotes students’ holistic growth. Serve as a positive role model for students, upholding the school's mission and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and ethics. Pursue professional development to improve teaching practices and personal growth, including workshops, seminars, and educational courses relevant to teaching young children. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD) Minimum 3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development Nurturing teaching approach Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English) Additional Information Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students. Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development. Understand the teacher's routine when when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day.
