Job Description Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students. Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development. Understand the teacher's routine when when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD). Minimum 3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school. Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development. Nurturing teaching approach. Responsibilities

The Associate Teacher will be responsible for creating innovative lesson plans and enhancing the learning environment, while also collaborating with other teachers to monitor student development. Key duties include working directly with students to promote learning and development, observing and evaluating performance, and understanding routine procedures for covering lessons when the primary teacher is absent.
