The Principal serves as the school’s chief administrator, overseeing all aspects of the school’s operations, both academic and administrative. This includes but is not limited to developing and implementing policies, programs, and curriculum activities, supporting student recruitment and managing budgets. The Principal promotes each student’s educational development and each staff member’s professional development. The Principal establish a professional rapport with students, parents, and staff, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds Master’s Degree from Education or any relevant disciplines.
• Possesses min 5 years work experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive instructional decisions.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation of innovative educational programs.
• Demonstrated success in improving student achievement and closing achievement gaps.
• Knowledge of best practices in teacher evaluation and professional development.
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members.

OTHER DUTIES:
