Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information to support decisions process. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements. Responsible for handling internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions. Ensuring that organization goals are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Qualifications Have 3-5 Years of Experience in Human Resources general practices. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Good Presentation and Facilitation skills. Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions. Clear understanding of Human Resources practices. Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information. Strong team player and standing alone.
