Prepare and support critical thinking for students in the classroom. Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development. Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in English Literature or English Language. Minimum 5 years of experience in accordance with the qualifications of the position to be applied Having experience in teaching English (preferably English as First Language) for secondary students in private or international school would be preferable. At least Level 1 IBDP training Preferably having experience in TOK and/or Extended Essay Experience teaching and preparing students for the IBDP LangA exams Additional Information for placement Academic Year 2026/2027

Responsibilities

The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering learning standards, preparing students for critical thinking, and managing the classroom effectively. They will also evaluate student performance and maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
