Our learning spaces are a platform for hands-on activities, exploration, inquiry and the creation of knowledge and dialogue. Job Description Oversee and support all student clubs and organizations. Lead students in developing organizational skills through program execution and advising process. Encourage students to create program or activity towards skill enhancement and achievement. Lead students in organization and clubs to evaluate and improve the program output. Evaluate and provide advice during program-planning, executing and reporting. Monitor students to apply to University’s regulation. Assist student in liaise with other units to conduct the activities Manage the budget allocation for student organizations. Record organization and club activities and achievements. Conduct semesterly or annual satisfaction survey for service improvement. Proceed the approved proposal and budget for student organization activities through system until settlement process and report submission. Administer and filing the documentation and report of all programs and activities. Contribute in University’s level activities if assigned, including student orientation, graduation, accreditation, competition, etc. Qualifications Bachelor Degree from any major. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Student Affairs or University Education Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing student activity and organizations. Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication in English, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Department: Sampoerna University Academic Support
