A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE HOST:

  • The Customer Experience Host is the first introduction to our store experience. They set the tone for the exceptional customer service SES is known for.
  • You will welcome customers into the store, and promptly connect them to the right person to deliver an exceptional service or support experience.
  • Represent Samsung as a brand ambassador by maintaining advanced knowledge of all Samsung products and services.
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and ability to build relationships by uncovering customer needs through skilled probing, empathy, and business savvy.
  • Create an unparalleled customer journey by utilizing our store design to create the right touchpoint for a customer based on their need.
  • Assist in regular maintenance of the store.
  • Proactively manage the queue of customers waiting for help, ensuring all customers are being helped in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate personal interest in customer care and encouraging brand loyalty and excited clients.
