Why This Role Matters As Deputy Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in projects that range from airside to landside—from designing runways, taxiways, and aprons to developing stormwater and utility infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with airports, airlines, the FAA, and other key stakeholders, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Guide design teams, mentor associates, and foster a collaborative culture. Deliver Excellence: Oversee project plans, specifications, and reports with precision and innovation. Solve Complex Challenges: Apply advanced expertise to resolve technical issues and unique design obstacles. Drive Growth: Support business development, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Shape Strategy: Recommend operational plans that directly influence project success and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals. Experience directing and reviewing aviation plans and technical specifications. Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity. Independent decision-making skills on technical matters. Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation abilities. A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and teamwork.
