Description
Performs scheduled/unscheduled inspections, minor/major maintenance, operational checkouts and troubleshooting on assigned powered / non-powered type ground support equipment/vehicles What you will be responsible for: ● Performs daily flight line driving and servicing functions on simple components ● Maintains documentation and time accounting systems associated with repairs (Track labor hours per job) ● Complies with all applicable technical orders, equipment manuals ● Maintains immediate work area, facilities, and vehicles using good housekeeping and safety practices ● Performs other duties as required What you will need to be successful in this role: ● Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic principles ● Microsoft Office basics ● Perform basic troubleshooting ● Learn industry-related software ● Operate common and special hand and power tools ● Ability to work both as a team and/or independently with great success. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
