The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with extended coverage until 8:00 pm on Fridays. Occasional date night, weekend support, and travel flexibility are preferred, with all expenses covered when traveling with the family. Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged, but not required, for ease of communication with the grandparents. The ideal candidate will bring energy, warmth, and expertise in infant care, with a strong focus on early developmental milestones. This family values a nanny who is highly engaging, talkative, expressive, and enthusiastic about narrating daily activities, singing, reading, and actively supporting their child’s language, motor, and cognitive development. A professional with deep knowledge of infant growth stages, combined with an outgoing, positive personality, will thrive in this role. Responsibilities include providing attentive infant care, preparing bottles and meals as appropriate, doing baby laundry, light housekeeping related to the child, and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
