This role will see you provide administrative and support services across licence sanctions, process high‑volume transactional tasks with accuracy, support information flow and decision‑making, respond to enquiries, maintain records and databases, and contribute to a customer‑focused, high‑performing team environment. You will deliver efficient, accurate processing and administrative support in a high‑volume, transactional, legislatively governed environment that requires attention to detail, adaptability, and customer‑focused service.
