Position Overview: B&T USA is seeking an experienced Sandblaster to join our manufacturing team. Qualified candidates should have training with the necessary equipment and power tools that are used during the sandblasting process. Responsibilities include operating the blast booth, unloading the cabinet, and assist with painting or coating tasks after completing the sandblasting.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces. * Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment. * Load and unload the blast cabinet. * Assist with painting or coating as needed. * Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed. * Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Adhere to schedules and production goals. Required Education/Experience * High school diploma or GED certificate. * Previous sandblasting and manufacturing experience or training. * Familiarity with power tools. * Ability to work independently and meet strict production deadlines. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs unassisted. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
