Description Our company is looking for a Sandblaster or Blasting Operator and Spray Painter to join our team. We are looking for an individual to perform sandblasting and spray painting 500-gallon and 1000-gallon propane tanks. Duties and Responsibilities Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces Operate a blast booth or similar equipment Assist with painting or coating as needed Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed Assist with all aspects of sandblasting/painting Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate Previous sandblasting or painting experience a plus Follow HAZMAT safety standards Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus Able to sit, bend and reach overhead as part of daily activities Able to lift 60+ lbs Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical Ability to follow established processes Familiarity with power tools Ability to operate a forklift Employee Benefits Good work environment Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401K with Employer Match Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Short/Long Term Disability This job description is not inclusive of all duties and responsibilities of this role.
