The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to translate business requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring an engaging work environment and a high-performance culture. This includes adherence to local labor laws, fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and promotion of an inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic coaching to leaders to support organizational change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with BPP’s and consultative prioritization. Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams to prepare leaders for the implementation of People Experience programs. Continuously review and recommend updates to work rules, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws, uphold corporate social responsibility, and address evolving employee needs. Manage and support audits, including the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformances. Offer expert consultation on compliance and employee relations matters, partnering with the Employee Relations team to resolve issues effectively. Identify innovative approaches to deliver employee development programs based on organizational training needs, leveraging leader consultation and support. Collaborate with local leadership to cultivate and maintain an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity as a strength. Provide support to employees during natural disasters and challenging circumstances to maintain workplace civility.
