The Sandwich preparer job is to ensure that sandwich and platter orders are completed as required to an exceptional standard. To assist in the bakery as required.

To include but not restricted to:

• Sandwich preparation.
• Sales van product preparation.
• Preparation of online platter orders.
• Preparation of all other platters.
• Wrapping and packing as required.
• All general bakery work when required.
• Handling stock properly, which includes lifting and carrying.
• Cleaning as required.
