Under the direction of Streets & Drainage Manager the Stormwater & Development Coordinator oversees compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Phase II Municipal Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. Employee is responsible for the planning, administering and coordinating various city program services relating to storm water regulations. Position requires a strong knowledge of the Environmental Protection Agency National Pollutant Discharge elimination System (NPDES) and state storm water permitting regulations.
