We’re hiring a Sanitation Associate/ Janitor to help us keep our plant safe, spotless, and running smoothly. Monday to Friday (flexible shifts - mix days/afternoons/evenings) What You’ll Do: * Clean and sanitize all common areas (e.g. Offices, locker room, hallways, lunchroom, washrooms) * Follow safety and hygiene procedures to help maintain food safety certifications * Fill out cleaning checklists and support inspections * Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g. foamers, hoses, power washer, floor scrubbers and more) * Keep outdoor areas tidy (walkways, garbage, recycling, snow, etc.) * Restock and order janitorial and PPE supplies as needed What You Bring: * A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn * Comfortable working on your feet, in a fast-paced industrial setting, and with chemicals is essential * You’re comfortable using (or learning to use) equipment like forklifts, skid steers, and other cleaning gear — we’ll train you if needed * Previous janitorial or sanitation experience is a bonus * Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred * Ability to work independently and follow instructions * Flexible schedule Why Join MDI?
