Overview As a Custodial/Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for delivering linen, up-keeping the property, acknowledging and greeting guests, and acting as support staff for the Housekeeping & Maintenance team. Responsibilities Custodial/Sanitation Worker responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain cleanliness of all common areas inside and outside the resort including, stairs/railings, celling’s and vents on an as needed basis Light maintenance work as needed, including pressure washing and battery powered blowers Removal and replacement of trash both outdoors & indoors Clean and reset pool decks & beach access areas Stock supplies in storage rooms and merchandise areas Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines Other duties as assigned Qualifications What are we looking for? Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs Must be comfortable working both indoors & outdoors Must have reliable transportation Must have a positive attitude while performing tasks Strong attention and care to details Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors What can you look forward to?
